breakfast was complimentary and stuff was willing to help. the standard queen studio had an extra comfortable bed. perfect location to a social history museum.
Facilities were new, even so internet connection was weak. It had not so great views. We didn't like the bed, it was very hard.

Staff were loyal, breakfast was free. Moreover, hotel offered us free Wi Fi. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Nearby revolucion de cuba - great place to chill out...
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
